Anne Pappas Marnel, 79, formerly of New Haven, passed away Oct. 12, 2009 after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of the late Mino G. Marnel. Mrs Marnel was born in New Haven Nov. 23, 1929, daughter of the late Seraphim “Sam” and Despina Loukides Pappas. She worked as a legal secretary for the law firm of Dennis & North for 20 years, and was also associated with the family business, Prideful Laundry for many years.
