She is lovingly remembered and deeply mourned by her three daughters Elsa Blackman, Lorna McDonald ( son-in -law Rev Eustace McDonald) and Cheryl Blake. She was also mother to the late Winston Browne and Gordla Browne.
Anne Speede was grandmother to Natasha Angoy Aiyetoro (and great grandmother to her three children); grandmother to Fiona Blake Okpoko (and great grandmother to her one child); grandmother to Lyn Tekoma McDonald Dottin (and great grandmother to her two children); grandmother to Shauna Louis Charles; grandmother to Iddo McDonald (and great grandmother to his two children); grandmother to the late Abishai McDonald (and great grandmother to his two children); and grandmother to Nicole Stephens.
She was grand mother -in -law to Adisa Ayetoro, Teri Okpoko, Carson Ricardo Dottin and Deanne McDonald. Anne Speede is survived by her two sisters: Pearl Barrington and Camille Dyer; niece Marcia (David LaRose) and nephew Marc Dyer three great nephews and one great niece. Cousins: Gloria Siebs, Princess Johnson, Olive Cosbert, Beverley Johnson and Yonette Scott Robertson. She is lovingly remembered by pastors and members of the Mount Zion SDA Church in Kissimmee, Florida and the Hanson Place SDA Church in Brooklyn, New York.
We are comforted in knowing that our Loved One Anne Speede lived a life consecrated to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and now that she has departed this world she sleeps comfortably in the arms of her Blessed Saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ. We live in the blessed hope of soon being reconciled with our Dearest Anne Speede at the Resurrection of the Faithful Saints of God. Sleep on Dearest Mummy. Sleep on in peace. We’ll meet again soon in Heaven!
