Anne Frances Hickman Raines, 74, of Rossville, died Friday, August 5, 2011 in a local hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents: Bruce and Annie Hickman , and her husband of 46 years Frank Raines, and brothers: Arnold, Felix and Homer Hickman. She was a native of Jasper, TN, but grew up in the North Georgia area. She was a graduate of Chattanooga Valley High School. She was employed by Conso Products in Union , SC as a supervisor and outlet manager for 30 years.
