Anna Marie Gainey, 61, of High Point, NC, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022, at her home.
Anna Marie was born on February 18, 1961, in High Point, NC, to the now late James Henry Gainey Sr. and the late Frances Davis Gainey.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Mae Gainey; nephew, Brandon Gainey; half-sister, Margaret Rogers; and brother-in-law, Ronald F. Morton.
She is survived by her two daughters, Naykemma Gainey and Jaquana Gainey-Kennely (Roger); brothers, James H. Gainey Jr. (Fiancé, Diane Talley), Jesse L. Gainey Sr. (Rose); sisters, Shelba Morton, Linda Horne (Mark), Delores Harp (Grady); grandchildren, Jyquon Gainey (Morgan), Kingston Gainey, Roxanna Strange, Greg Kennely, Beverly Strange, Fire Gainey; and a host of nieces and nephews that loved her dearly.
