Anna M. Coleman, age 83 years, of Plymouth, formerly of Braintree, died Friday, September 17, 2021, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of James C. Coleman with whom she shared 64 years of marriage, the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Nicolina (Gentile) Volpe, and sister of the late Lydia Volpe Taglieri and Dominic Volpe. Born in Quincy, Anna was a proud graduate and supporter of Archbishop Williams High School, class of 1956. She began a career in banking while in high school and, amid many mergers, retired in 1996 with Bank of America. She finished her career by joining her sister at Apollo Lighting. After spending 38 years raising her family with her husband in Braintree, she and James moved to Great Island of Plymouth, and enjoyed many friendships there.
