She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Welsh; daughter, Joan Welsh; parents, Owen and Alta Weber; and a brother, Owen Weber. Anna is survived by her sons and daughters in law, Frankie and Lilly Miller, Jimmy and Kim Miller all of Jefferson City, MO; daughter, Ruth Stanley of Tunnel Hill; brother, Kenneth Weber of Missouri; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews also survive.
