Mrs. Anna Mae Hawkins Hebron, fondly known as “Nana,’ entered eternal life to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, September 6, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband Elisha (Lash) Hebron, Jr., and a granddaughter Partica Batten.
Nana was born on December 3, 1931, in Montgomery Count y, MaryA land, to Mary Hawkins and Edward Williams. Anna graduated from Lincoln High School in Rockville, Maryland and moved from her home A town of Germantown, Maryland to join her mother in Atlantic City, New Jersey to begin exploring a career in nursing. But God had other plans.
