Anderson – Anna J. Reno Rambo, 84, Anderson, died May 21, 2010 at St. Johns Health System, Anderson Indiana after a brief illness.
She was born September 24, 1925 in Monticello, Kentucky, and lived in Anderson most of her life. Anna retired from Delco Remy Division of General Motors. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Pendleton, and Order of Eastern Star, Chapter #154 in Anderson. Survivors include her son, Tom Rambo, wife, D’Ann of Pendleton; brother-in-law, William Harrison; grandchildren, Matthew Rambo, wife, Amanda and Nicholas Rambo, wife, Ashley; nieces, Debbie Allman, husband, Rick, Diane Smith, husband, Kevin, Donna McLaughlin, husband, Danny, Vonnie MacLean-Kennedy, husband, Randy, Terri Hancock, husband, James, Linda Dillard, husband, Mark and Brenda Sheets; and nephew, Billy Harrison; and special friends, Bill & Sandy Mooney and David Doub.
She was preceded in death by her husband, whom she married in Durham, North Carolina in 1943, Richard Rambo, in 1978; parents, Oklie & Sara Smith Reno; sister, Carolyn Harrison; and a brother, Buddy Reno.
