Anna D’Amato passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 23, 2008 having reached her 100th birthday at St. Joseph’s Manor in Trumbull. The daughter of Dominic and Brigida Marra, she was born in Angri, Italy in 1908. Anna was predeceased by her husband Dr. Louis G. D’Amato. Moving from Brooklyn, NY, Anna was a resident of Milford for over forty years. She is survived by her sons John D’Amato and his wife Ellen of Westerly, RI and Louis D’Amato and his wife Theresa of Milford. Anna was blessed with six grandchildren, John D’Amato Jr. and his wife Laurie, Elizabeth, Cheryl and Susan D’Amato all of RI, Louis G. D’Amato and James D’Amato and his wife Mary all of Milford and seven great grandchildren.
