Ann T. Harvey (Nee: Titus) of Burlington Township passed away at Samaritan Hospice Inpatient Unit in Virtua Hospital Mt. Holly on Tuesday at the age of 90. She was born in Trenton and worked for the Department of Transportation in Trenton retiring in 1984. Ann enjoyed attending St. Paul’s Church in Burlington, sewing, quilting and watching the hummingbirds from her front porch.
She was delighted to watch her great grandchildren at play, as well as her adopted neighborhood kids; she was otherwise known as the “Matriarch of the Neighborhood.” She liked to entertain and was very accommodating to all visitors to her house. All who visited were embraced by her warmth and friendliness. Ann enjoyed her daily dose of chocolate chip muffins and the companionship of her trusted springer spaniel, “Lady”.
Wife of the late Merrill, she is survived by her daughter Barbara (late Wayne Jenkins), son: John M. Harvey, daughter: Joann Harvey (Nina Nudelman), son Merrill R. Harvey, III; grandchildren: Melissa Katz (Ronald), Diana Broderick (John); great-grandchildren: Sean, Sydney, Alyssa, Zachary; a sister Marion Schnell (George) and many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
