ANN ARELIA PILKINGTON BREEDEN, passed away on 09/07/15 after a long and fulfilling life, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Johnston County, NC in 1921 to Herman and Viola Pilkington. Mrs. Breeden was predeceased by her husband Charlie A. Breeden. She is survived by her daughters Judy Burke (Jerry) of Murrells Inlet, SC; Connie Bullock (Charles) of Plantation Key, FL; and Phyllis Hanger of Manassas, VA. Also surviving are her brother, Billy Pilkington (Nancy) of Portsmouth, VA and sister, Janice Smith (Bill) of Nokesville, VA. She leaves behind her grandchildren: Erica Masles (Matthew), Jay Burke (Stefanie), Cassie Dawson, Emily Bodak, Bobby Payne (Laura), Bryan Payne, Bryce Payne, Kathy Payne (Laurie) and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her dear friend, Linda Jenkins. Mrs. Breeden was a resident of Manassas, VA since 1946 and a member of Woodbine Baptist Church.
