Mrs. Griffin was born in Worcester, a daughter of the late Henry Christensen and Alice (Smith) Christensen Lloyd. She lived in Westborough for most of her life before moving to CT 14 years ago.
In addition to her husband, she leaves two daughters, Barbara Ann Poirier and her husband Darrell of Woodstock, and Cheryl Lynn Callahan and her husband Patrick of Harwich; 5 grandchildren, Adam, Bridget, Meaghan, Timothy, and Devon; a brother, Henry Christensen, Jr.; and three sisters, Shirley Fagan, Joyce Lloyd, and Lillian Cathline. She was also the sister of the late Beverly Jones.
