Ann S. Lozmack, 85, of Tucson, Arizona, and formerly of Three Oaks, Michigan, died Friday, September 30, 2005 at Casa De La Luz Hospice in Tucson.

Ann was born February 9, 1920, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, to Louis and Paulina (Tudjan) Slamar. On October 20, 1944, she married Joseph Lozmack (deceased) and they made their home in Michigan. Ann served our country in the U. S. Army from August 5, 1943 to December 16, 1944, receiving an honorable discharge.

She was employed by Whirlpool Corporation, Benton Harbor, Michigan as a research librarian and loved flower gardening, cooking, and being with her family. Ann was a member of the St. Mary of the Assumption Church Alter Society, Three Oaks. She and her husband spent many winters in Arizona before moving to Tucson permanently in 1983.

Survivors include her sons, James (Kay) Lozmack of Tucson, Raymond (Marsha) Lozmack of Moore, Oklahoma; Grandson Phillip (Sarah) Lozmack of St. Joseph, Michigan; brother Louis (Frances) Slamar of Salem, Wisconsin; sisters, Emily (Regis) Strahler of Tucson, and Catherine Slamar of Madison, Wisconsin.
