Ann Linfield Petty, 85, of Temple. Mrs. Petty died Tuesday, June 22, 2010 in a Georgetown Hospital. Mrs. Petty was born December 24, 1924, in Gulfport, Mississippi, the daughter of Dr. Edwin Harper Linfield and Olivia Barrett Linfield. She was a graduate of Gulf Park College. She married O. L. Petty, June 25, 1945 in Gulfport, Mississippi. Mrs. Petty was an artist.
She was a member of the Salado Village Artists. She was an elder in the Presbyterian Church of Belton. Mrs. Petty is survived by her husband, O. L. Petty of Temple, sons David William Petty and wife Laura of Lake Belton and Stephen Edwin Petty and wife Sherry of Salado; daughter Jeanne Ann Wilson and husband of Eddie of Woodway; sister Mary Barrett Harpole of Smyrna, Tennessee.
