Ann H. Rafalski, 95, of Oglesby, died Sunday, September 19, 2010, at Illinois Valley Community Hospital in Peru. Ann was born September 24, 1914, to Frank and Anna (Karcz) Lasik in LaSalle.
She married Joseph E. Rafalski on October 23, 1933, in St. Hyacinths Church in LaSalle. She was a member of Holy Family Church and the Daughters of Isabella.
She is survived by one son Ted Butch Rafalski, of Summerfield, Florida, a son-in-law, Jack Piano of Oglesby, 4 grandchildren Susan (David) Anthony, Lee Ann Piano, Dr. John (Chris) Piano, and Steve (Becky) Piano; 8 great-grandchildren: Elizabeth (John) Isaacson, Brian Hancock, Kaitlyn, and Alison Anthony, Marissa, and Regina Piano, and Connor and Jack Bays, and one brother Edward Lasik, of Scottsdale, Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, on July 12, 1986; with one daughter Marcy Piano and 5 brothers.
