Mrs. Ann Gertrude Gallo passed away on November 29, 2010. She was the daughter of John Christopher Going and Isabelle Marie Going. Born and educated in Providence, Rhode Island she graduated from Classical High School and Roger Williams School of Nursing.
Ann married Michael Gallo of Norwalk at St.
Survivors include seven children, Michael, Joseph and Christopher Gallo, Marianne Starrett, Joanne Girard, Carolanne Jones, and Suzanne Derivan; her brother Dr. John C. Going, and two sisters, Mary Crawford and Margaret Settipane, 11 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is pre-deceased by her husband of 56 years, their son, Thomas, and her brother, Joseph.
The family wishes to express its gratitude to Ann’s friends and caregivers for all of their love and support.
