Ann Zold, 66, of Stratford passed away peacefully in her sleep September 14th, 2022. Ann dedicated her life to her family and anyone who was lucky enough to know her. Joining the St. Andrew Academy community in the early 1990s as a parent volunteer, she later became a teachers aide at the school and developed and managed an incredibly successful lunch program. Ann was a selfless, thoughtful person who went above and beyond for those around her while expecting nothing in return. Above all, Ann loved being a wife to her beloved John and a mother to her children, Danny, Katie and her “favorite child,” Dunkin the dog. Ann was welcomed into heaven by her parents, Gabriel and Marion and by her dogs, Chili and Killa. An avid reader, Ann love to complete her Wordle by midnight, daily jumble in the morning and would showcase her knowledge nightly while watching Jeopardy. As Ann was a lover of Broadway, the lyric “Because I know knew you, I have been changed for good” from the play Wicked is most fitting for this incredible, loving and caring woman who truly made the lives of everyone around her better.
