Ann Caplinger, 59, of New Castle passed away peacefully Sunday, December 1, 2019, at Simon Cancer Center in Indianapolis. Born, on February 28, 1960, in Park Forrest, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Weldon and Donna (Boso) Caplinger.
Ann was a beloved mother, aunt, and friend to many. She could light up a room with her smile and always had the sweetest voice with a loving touch. She was strong and battled multiple myeloma for many years. Not once did you hear her complain of pain and she never seemed down. Still, always want to take care of others never blinking twice whether friends or strangers. Ann always kept a big smile and a laugh that would make you laugh and smile.
Survivors include one daughter, Morgan Bradley of Columbus, a companion, Kent Benson of New Castle, and two brothers, Jeff Caplinger of Florida, and John Caplinger (Kristen) of Sylva, N.C.
Ann has been preceded in death by her son, Kelly Bradley II, and brother, Gary Caplinger.
