ANDREYAnita (nee Amoroso), Age 68, of Broomall, PA, passed away suddenly on April 12th, 2020.Survived by her beloved children Lorraine Distefano, Diane Lodise (Michael) and Thomas DiStefano (Kelsey), her 5 cherished grandchildren; Michael, Adriana, Christopher, Lilliana and Thomas III. Her devoted brothers Vincent and Salvatore Amoroso (Sally Amoroso), and her adoring sister Frances Chavenson (Mark Chavenson). Survived by many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her loving nephew Vincent and loving niece Andrea. Precious daughter of the late Elvira (nee Ciafarini) and Salvatore Amoroso (JR). Not only was Anita devoted to her family she spent her spare time volunteering at her children’s schools, and other various organizations. In most recent years, she was an employee at St Anastasia’s school in Broomall PA, working in the cafeteria to be near her grandchildren. Anita lived for her family and friends who immensely enjoyed having everyone together especially around the holidays. She was very adventurous who lived life to the fullest. She had a home in Salmon Idaho where she would spend her summers. She loved her home in Idaho and would talk to anyone who would listen to her stories about Salmon. She welcomed her home up to anyone who wanted to come visit, to experience the beauty of all Idaho had to offer. In addition to her love for her family and for Idaho she also loved her country music, concerts, hiking, horseback riding, her music lessons (piano and dulcimer) gardening, being outdoors, traveling and dancing with her grandchildren. She was also a strong supporter for Special Olympics.
