Angelo “Angel” Montoya was born February 9, 1958 to Benny & Blanche Montoya. He went to be with his Lord and Savior on September 13, 2021.
As a young boy, Angel was very attentive to his mother, at times, adamently ensuring she was taken care of. His heart was big and full of love. As Angel grew, his desire to be strong and tough was clear. Being part of his high school track team, placing 6th in state, is an accomplishment he was very proud of. In 1986, Angel married Dianna and together their blended family began, alongside Rosalie Fajardo Bachestein. Each of his children Amie (Sterling) Bell, Benny (Rochelle) Montoya, Dannielle (Gerald) Tafoya & Robert (Carrie) Montoya built wonderful families, only adding to the joy of the entire bunch! Later on, Angel proclaimed, Jesus Christ as his Savior, becoming active in his church and playing the bass guitar in the worship service, which he loved to do. Riding his Harley Davidson was a hobby he always enjoyed.
The stories people could tell of Angel are many and the list of friends and family he left, is just as long. Angel continued his strength throughout his life, until his body was tired and God called him home. Angel will be missed but never forgotten.
