Angeline C. Paradis, 98, formerly of Bristol, widow of Leonel Paradis, died Thursday, June 19, 2008, at the Plainville Health Care Center.
She was born May 10, 1910 in Matapedia, Quebec, daughter of the late Alfred and Luci Couturier. A longtime resident of Bristol, Mrs. Paradis was employed as a manager at the Wallace Barnes Cafeteria for 23 years, having retired in 1974. She was a communicant of St.
She is survived by her two sons, Claude L. Paradis and his wife, Sharon of Forestville and Carl L. Paradis of Terryville; her four grandchildren, Jill Paradis of Bristol, Joelle Paradis of Bristol, Richard Paradis, Jr. of Pheonix, AZ, and Dana Paradis of New York City; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Richard Paradis.
