Angelina Mellilo Malafronte, 84, of 1799 Dublin Rd., Richmond, MA. died May 20, 2006 in Berkshire Medical Center, Pittsfield, MA. Mrs. Malafronte was the widow of Henry Malafronte and was a former resident of Porter St., New Haven. Born in New Haven Dec. 23, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Michael Mellilo & Josephine Cofrancesco Melillo. She has been a resident of Richmond, MA for the past 15 years. At one time, she worked as a book keeper for the former New Haven Lumber Co. She was a member of St. Anthony’s Parish and was an active member of Notre Dame High School Mothers Club. She is survived by 3 sons, Henry Malafronte Jr. of Richmond, MA.; Dr. Pasquale Malafronte of Lincoln, R.I. and Ralph Malafronte of Ft. Myers, FL.; and grandchildren, Tara, Raphael, Natalie, Francesca, Pasquale Jr., Halsey and Laken. She was predeceased by a sister, Mary Malafronte.
