Angela S. Adcock who was with her when she passed.

Born in Windlesham, England, on November 9, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Donald Peter and Ethel (Cordwell) Forsyth.  She was raised and educated in Fleet Hampshire, England.

Angela started at Abel & Imray patent lawyers in London as a secretary while obtaining an associate degree from Queen’s Secretarial College. She then worked at County Commercial tractors in Fleet.  Angela also trained briefly as a nurse, and then worked as director’s personal assistant for Thomson Yellow Pages before becoming a marketing analyst.

In 1983, Angela married Tony Adcock and then moved to Holland with him where they lived until 1984.

Angela and Tony then moved to United States in 1987 where she volunteered at Framingham Union Hospital while waiting for a work visa after which Angela had several positions with a temp agency before the birth of Charlotte in 1991 when she became a full-time mother. A second daughter, Catherine, was born in 1995. Angela moved back to Holland in 1997 on a temporary assignment with her family, where she improved her Dutch and became proficient at cycling with two small children.  On return to the US and as the children grew older Angela became a self-employed copy-editor and also found time to volunteer as an English language tutor through the Milford Library and as an ER guide for the Milford Regional hospital.

Angela was an avid netball player and skier when younger but as time progressed and medical issues increased, she took up knitting, cross-stitch, reading and Sudoku.
