Angela M.
In addition to her parents, Angela is survived by her husband, Lee W. Spatz, with whom she had shared a life for the past 27 years. She is also survived by their two daughters, Angelena and Juliana Spatz, her step-daughter, Alicia Spatz of Springfield, Alicia’s daughters who Angela considered granddaughters, Avalee and Ayriana Harris, and her mother-in-law Sheila Spatz of Delray, FL. Angela also leaves behind her loving sister, Susan Alves and Susan’s husband Carlos, and Angela’s nephews, Michael and Jonathan Alves as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Angela’s family would like to thank the 4th floor ICU staff at Baystate Medical Center for their wonderful care of Angela.
