Franzese, Angela Osso Franzese, age 84, entered into eternal rest in St. Vincent’s Hospital on March 21, 2005. Angela was born in San Lucido, Italy on December 4, 1920. and was a Stratford resident for most of her life. She retired from Bridgeport Hospital after working from many years. Survivors include her loving husband, Cesare of 67 years, her nine children, Maria Mirafiore of Stratford, Ida Franzese and her husband, Francesco of Italy, Romilda Franzese and her husband Raffaele of Italy, Franco Franzese and his wife, Rosa of Shelton, Nina Goessinger and her husband, James of Shelton, John Franzese and his wife, Mary Beth of Shelton, Nella Cioppa and Lenny Marconi of Milford, Luciano (Louie) Franzese and his wife, Coleen of Seymour, Rosa Bousquet and her husband, Craig of Stratford, and a brother, Giovanni Osso of California. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Franco Osso of Brooklyn, N.Y.
