Angela Dawn Richard, 50, of Fort Oglethorpe passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017. She was a native of Oregon City, Oregon and has resided off and on in the North Georgia area for the past 22 years. Angela is preceded in death by her mother, Zandra Elwess and brother, Scott Aaron Elwess.
Survivors include her loving husband, Norman Lee Richard, Sr.; father, Frank Milton Elwess; daughters, Tiffany Gulledge and Angela Keanaaina; son, Norman Richard, Jr.; brothers, Tony Elwess, Ray Elwess, and Frank Elwess; grandchildren, Kierra Keanaaina, Kyra Keanaaina, Nevaeh Chandler and Rylie Brooks.
