Angel was predeceased by his son Angel “Goldo “Ruiz; his daughters, Idelmis Nieves, Maria D. Ruiz and Lucy Nieves. Also sons-in-law; Felix, Tyrone, and Manuel. Sisters; Estel, Jesusa, and Milagros Ruiz. Brothers; Nicomendes and Bienvenido Ruiz. He leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces and friends that he considered more like family. He lived in Hartford most of his life, however his beginnings came from Comerio, Puerto Rico. He worked and retired from Foodways Factory and later found a passion as a bar owner at several establishments, including “La Copa Cafe” on John St. in Hartford.
