Angel was born January 20, 2004, in Los Angeles, California, to Oscar Oswaldo Perdomo-Cubas and Leticia Galvan Perdomo. He attended elementary schools in Los Angeles and Idaho Falls and was a student at Sandcreek Middle School. He played football for Sandcreek and was going into the 8th grade.
He was a Christian and had a strong faith in God. He enjoyed playing video games, skateboarding, and riding bikes.
