Angel Luis “Julio” Malave Sr., 88, crossed over on August 30, 2022 in Bartow, Florida. He was the husband of Gloria Malave. They have been married for 64 years and shared a total of 70 years together. Angel was born in Coamo, Puerto Rico and was the son of José Julian Malave and Carmen Rivera.
He was employed at Becton Dickinson and Company where he worked as an executive driver to Mr. Becton and his associates for 15 years.
Angel proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps for three years from 1953-1956.
He enjoyed watching the New York Yankees (if they were winning!
He is survived by his wife, Gloria; daughter, Barbara and her husband, Bill Pfaff; son, Robert Joseph and his wife, Laura; grandchildren Lynda and her husband, Shawn Gentry, Nina Malave; Nikko Gonzalez; Matthew Yeager, Lucas and Lia; great grandchildren Robert Malave, Kylie, Sean, Devlin, and Nyhia. He was predeceased by his son, Angel (AJ) Luis Malave.
