US Army Retired CSM Andy A. Ray of Mineral Wells, WV died October 3, 2010 at his residence. He was born January 14, 1947 in Williamson, WV to Andrew J. and Irene E. Ray. He graduated Kermit High School and attended Texas College. He joined the U. S. Army to see the world, which he did for years, and after retirement. He was employed by the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center where he also retired. He was a combat veteran of Vietnam, Grenada and Panama. He was a member of various organizations and especially enjoyed the Lions Club of Clarksburg and South Charleston. He enjoyed the broom sale, bingo, spaghetti dinner, Christmas with Santa, and other functions of the club. He served as Three Year Board of Directors at Clarksburg and Two Year Directors at South Charleston.
