Andrew Michael Davala was born in Canton, Ohio on November 30th, 1938. He was the middle child sandwiched between two sisters. He was raised in a devoutly Catholic family which formed the man he would be his whole life. After high school, he worked as a draftsman in Ohio. But as many young men of that generation were called to do, he was bound for the military. He honorably served in the Air Force from 1961-1965 with overseas deployments to North Africa and Turkey.

He married the love of his life in 1965 and was happily married for 56+ years until his death. They moved to Colorado where he continued his draftsman trade and started a family. Eventually becoming a Senior Piping Designer for Stearns Roger and a piping project lead for many North slope of Alaska projects. He worked with many of the same people for 30+ years until he finally retired.

He raised his two sons with his wife in Littleton Colorado.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, Mike and Anna Davala, his sister’s Josephine and Bernadette. He is survived by his loving wife Joanne and his son’s Lance (Christina) Davala and Trent (Theresa) Davala. Plus five grandchildren he adored and who kept him on his toes in his golden years. Anna, Logan, Claire, Ethan and Mara.
