Andrew Lee Sickels, 34, of Elkhart, tragically passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. He was born in Elkhart, on March 22, 1987, to Dawn (Sickels) Yoder and George Holland, who survive him.
“Drew” also is survived by his sister, Nicole Sickels, and brothers, Tyris Green and Jakari Welch; girlfriend, Mandy Hall, and their boys, Xadyn and Ransym; nieces and nephews, Tela, Meilah, Matthias, Tomoria, Tyrell, Tyjay, Yasmine and Olivia; aunts, Laura Towns (Larry) and Elizabeth Phillips (Paul), and uncle, Felix Sickels; numerous cousins; and brother at heart, Kyle Shay. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Lillian Sickels, grandfather, William Sickels, aunt, Dorothy Presswood, and uncles, Billy Sickels and David White.
Drew was very passionate and loyal to those he loved. He was charming, full of personality and had a commanding presence. He referred to himself as an old soul and strived to be a role model to his boys and nephews, always encouraging them to do better than he had. Drew enjoyed riding his motorcycle, camping and hunting, and spending time with family and friends.
Drew was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all those he leaves behind.
