Andrew “Andy” Harvey passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, in Boerne, Texas. Andy was born in Pharr, Texas in 1937 to Carrie Ferrell. Andy was adopted as a baby and raised by Andres and Avelina Garza from Pharr. He was married to Luz Amelia Harvey for 33 years who passed away on June 5, 1996.Andy is survived by his children Carol Perez, Elizabeth Montalvo, Jesse James Harvey, and Andy Harvey Jr. He had many grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Andy enjoyed dancing, music, and westerns, but his priority was always his family. Andy’s wisdom and sense of humor will be missed greatly. We love you, Dad. May you rest in eternal peace.
