Andrew Dale “Head” Flanagan Cranford, 58 of Patoka passed away Friday, April 29, 2016, at his home. He was born March 19, 1958 in Centralia, son of Buzzy Flanagan and Jolene (Cummins) Flanagan.
He was together with Susan Fathauer since 1993 and they married on March 18, 2007, and she survives in Patoka.
In addition to his wife, he is also survived by seven children: Andrew and Misty of Patoka, Amanda and Casey of Sandoval, Heidi and Shawn of Centralia, Alicia and TJ of Walnut Hill, Tim and Sharee of Centralia, Ashley and Joe of Centralia, and Dusty and Phillip of Centralia; 39 grandchildren: Amber, Taylor, Jake, Trevin, Miranda, Mike, Frankie, Tacarra, Khloe, Ashtyn, Miraden, Desiree, Merissa, Aliyah, Randy, Tyler, Aliza, Jerzee, Autumn, Mariah, Gabbie, Jayden, Alicat, Jennifer, AJ, Kimmie, Chayne, Brittany, Jackie, Desiree, Madalyn, Hannah, Rylee, Daxton, Libby, Lindsay, Zoe, Grayson, Makayla, and others; 9 great-grandchildren: Carter, Kaylynn, Madylynn, Jensen, Kree, Abigail, Jarryn, Travin, and Isaiah; two sisters: Tyronna Stoller and Debbie Cranford; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandchild, Charleigh, and a brother Darren Flanagan.
Dale previously worked at Burlington Railroad, McMann Oilfield’s and M & M Cable. He was the founder of the “Head” Fan Club. He also enjoyed stirring the Oar. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends.
