Andrea Ryan, 74, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Mountain Valley of Cascadia after a 7 year struggle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She was born December 23, 1943 in Kellogg ID to Sprague C. and Betty Lou (Sawyer) Power. She attended and graduated from Kellogg High School in 1962.
Ande was extraordinarily gifted in interpersonal communication and loved all people. She was unabashed in demonstrating that love regularly, whether it be a hug, a hug & a kiss or just a caring question asking how you are (and listening to the answer). Though, her illness took most of her ability to communicate from her, there were 3 words it could not steal: I love you.
Ande is survived by her husband of 55 years at the family home, her two daughters, Gwen (Christopher) Johnson of Kellogg and Beth (Mike) Haman of Coeur d’ Alene, four grandchildren: Alexander (Amanda) Johnson of Wallace, Danae Johnson of Kellogg, Sarah and Mollie Haman of Coeur d’ Alene, two sisters: Christy (Jeff) Pate of Coeur d’ Alene and Melinda (Danny) Groves of Wardner. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.
