Andrea passed into eternal life on 9/11/16. She was born 10/12/79 in Denver, CO. She attended Littleton Public Schools, then earned an Associate’s Degree from Arapahoe Community College.
She is survived by her mother; Barbara Niernberger Natale, stepfather; Don Natale, father; David Niernberger, stepmother; Debbie Niernberger. Sister; Ashley Niernberger Swisher, brother; William Niernberger, stepsisters; Lorry Howell Suffreti, Noelle Natale Madraso, Teresa Natale; & stepbrother; Elliot Howell. Her uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews will also miss her dearly.
Early on everyone could see her giving, generous nature; looking out for others needs before her own. Always fiercely independent- wanting to do it all her way. She learned to love education and knowledge as an adult, reading, observing, and absorbing everything around her. She was an unorganized creative thinker, artistic and talented. She was sensitive and loving, to every person she encountered; never meeting a stranger. She loved all animals, especially birds and octopus; however, she adopted a rescue dog with an uncertain past. She thoughtfully named her new companion Layla Isis Magnolia, because Layla was just too ordinary. She was a thrifty shopper; finding as much value in Goodwill items as clothes off the rack at Nordstroms. She wrote creatively, wanting to get her children’s books published. She was an innovative cook, beginning with blue mashed potatoes as a child. She was particularly concerned with color, texture and cleaning up was not her thing. But she became a genius sandwich maker, almost worshipping her creations. She was unvarnished, not politically correct, but always straight with people. She was respectful of other points of view, but loved frank discussions.
She was truly feminine and loved all things sparkly. We sent her to God in a cream pleated dress with pearls and rhinestones around her neck. She wore a beautiful, delicate white scarf with gold threads throughout, her big Silver Star earrings, a black ribbon ‘sisters forever’ bracelet symbolizing solidarity forever with big sister Ashley, and a pearl cross from Grandma Niernberger.
