Annie passed away Dec. 3, 2020 at age 36 in a private room at Ogden Regional Hospital surrounded by her family after a 4-week battle fighting for her life.
Annie was born on April 3, 1984 in Bountiful, Utah to Richard Scott Burk and Jolene Nelson Crane.
She left behind her husband Josh Blanke and her 4 beautiful children: Alix Baker age 9, Jacob Baker age 6, Raylee Blanke age 4, and Crispin Blanke age 2.
She also left behind her parents and step father Glenn (Tony) Crane. Her siblings Nelson Scott Burk, Angela (Troy) Flint, and Alison Burk. Her nieces Kylie and Izzy and nephew Nicolas (Corinne) Burk. Her grandmother Anna Rae Nelson and her best friend Marie Cannon.
Annie was a fun, sweet, and kind person who loved her children and all her animals. She loved family activities and camping. She has art work that she made or painted all over her house.
She is now in her loving arms of her grandfather Gilbert Nelson and grandparents Burk and her Father in Heaven. Annie will always be in our hearts, we loved her dearly.
