Andrea Ruth Mack was born on the 13th day of September 1944, in Houston Texas to James Virgil and Nella Ruth Solley. She was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus on the 17th day of August 2021 at her home surrounded by many children and grandchildren.
Ann was full of life and absolutely loved spending time with her family. Everyone that knew Ann felt the love she shared with everyone. Among her many gifts was her cooking; she could make meals like no other! Everyone loved her potato salad, green and pink stuff on Thanksgiving, not to mention the dressing and sweet tea (her sweetness must have spilled into it). This list could go on and on. Although we will miss her dearly on this side of glory, we know the love she had for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We are so comforted in knowing she is now in Heaven with Him.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and love of her life for 50 plus years, George A. Mack, and her oldest brother, James Solley Jr., of Pasadena, Texas.
Ann is survived by her daughters, Gina Kellar and husband Paul (Jake) of Elkhart, Texas, Lisa Barnett and husband Clay of Palestine, Texas, Shanna Pacheco and husband Marcos of Palestine, Texas; son Darrell Mack and wife Angela of Elkhart, Texas; sister-in-law, Margie Solley of Pasadena, Texas; sister, Lana Immel and husband Mike of Kingwood, Texas; brother, Terry Solley and wife Jeanne of Brownsboro, Texas. She has 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
