Andrea Aguirre, 37, of Anderson, Indiana, passed away on December 21, 2021, at her residence.
She was born on February 3, 1984, in Anderson the daughter of Antelmo and Ruth Evelyn (McCutcheon) Aguirre. Andrea graduated from Ivy Tech with an Associates Degree in business. She had worked as a reinsurance specialist for Unified Group Services for many years and prior to that, she was employed by Anderson City Court having served as a clerk and an interpreter. Andrea was a devoted mother who enjoyed dancing, listening to music, cooking, and traveling, but most of all, spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her father, Antelmo Aguirre; husband, Juan Avina; two children, Eva and Santiago Avina; sisters, Amanda Whitt (Rodger Cooley) and Deanna Aguirre (Marco Avina); brothers, Diego Aguirre, Antelmo Aguirre (Sara Leal); and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Andrea was preceded in death by her mother.
