Anastacia R. (Reyes) Layden, 86, of Peru, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2011 at Illinois Valley Community Hospital, Peru.
Mrs. Layden was born April 15, 1925 in Manila, Philippines to Jose and Juana (Reyes) Reyes. She married John Layden on June 29th, 1958 in Manila, Philippines. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Peru and the Rosary Society.
She is survived by two daughters, Kathleen Pinkley of Peru, and Rita Santoro of Tarpon Springs, Florida; three sons, Mike (Nancy Pavy) Layden of LaSalle, Kevin (Gina Santos Perez) Layden of San Diego, CA, and Dennis Layden of Woodland Hills, CA; 11 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John on January 8, 2006.
Pallbearers will be Thomas Scott, Derek Klieber, Brian Santoro, Kevin D. Layden, Julio Sanchez and Kenneth Stiles.
