Amyah Paris Brooks passed away on June 11, 2016 in Jacksonville, FL. The precious angelic daughter of Amy Brooks and Paris Johnson, was born on September 5, 2011 in Jacksonville, FL.
Amyah is survived by two loving moms, Amy Brooks and Paris Johnson; brothers, Jose and Gary; sister, Destini; grandmother, Paris Fenay Johnson; grandfather, Eddie (Papa) Bellamy; aunts and uncles, Lamonica, Arline, Jada; Sam, Kwame, Richard, D’Angelo and Leon; and a host of family and friends.
The family would like to thank Dr. Komatz, Kerra (social worker), Joani, Ms. Helen, Stephanie, Betina, Angie and others from Fletchers Tender Care and Ms. Jane from Fletchers Home Care for the loving care given to Amyah.
