Amy Carol Englert Milliken, age 43, of Salem, died at 3:45 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2016 at the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born September 10, 1972 in Salem, Ohio, the daughter of Thomas and Carol (Reed) Englert.
She worked at Ventra in Salem for one year as a finisher. She was a 1991 graduate of Salem High School and Columbiana County Career and Technical Center where she received her Vocational Certification of License Practical Nursing & IV Certification in 2009. Amy also received her Associates of Arts Degree at Kent State University in1998.
Survivors include a son, Aidan Milliken of Salem, ex-husband, Mark Milliken of Salem; a sister, Jody (Drew Percival) Thackery of Sorrento, Florida; a grandfather, Elmer Reed of Salem; two nephews, Evan and Landon Thackery of Sorrento, Florida; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
