Amelia Mildred “Millie” Kelly, age 94, of Geneva, formerly of Joliet, Illinois and Bettendorf, Iowa, passed away Friday, January 28, 2022, at the Landings of Batavia, with her loving family by her side.
She was born May 12, 1927, in Rockdale, Illinois, the daughter of Luka and Matilda (Novakovic) Majcan.
She is survived by three children Pam (Bob) Stone of Geneva, Kim (Don) Dillon of Florida, and Mark Kelly and partner Kenny Polonsky of New York; six grandchildren Brian Stone of Geneva, Sarah (Joseph) Smith of Montgomery, Schawn (Terry) Winkler of Texas, Nicole (Wes) Wells of Texas, Kelly (Kerstin) Mundy of Montana, and Molly Dillon and partner Antoinette Arellano of California; six great grandchildren Jordan Blunk, Cheyenne Ketron, Wyatt and Shiloh Winkler, Devyn Arellano, and Mia Mundy; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Millie was preceded in death by her husband John Kelly who passed away in 1994, her parents, and four sisters Mary Bolte, Carolyn Gorsich, Josephine Weiss and Anne Radditz.
