TORRINGTON – Amber N. DiBiase, 30, passed away unexpectedly on November 16, 2021 at her home. She was born April 12, 1991 in Bristol; the daughter of Laurie DiBiase of Torrington. Amber was kind and generous always helping everyone even when she didn’t have anything to give. She loved hanging out with friends and listening to music. She was the life of the party with an infectious smile. She is already missed beyond measure. In addition to her mother, she leaves three daughters, Destiny, Faith and Serenity; two sisters, Candina Harmer of NY and Danielle DiBiase of Thomaston; her father, Robert Canty, Jr., and wife Heidi of Torrington; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Kyle A. DiBiase who passed away in 2020.
