Amber Dawn Hult, 41, of Idaho Falls, passed away August 16, 2020 of an unexpected medical complication.
Amber was born June 2, 1979, at the LDS Hospital in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Bryan Laval Hult and Sandra Joy (Wood) Hult. She spent the first few years of her life in Blackfoot, Idaho, where she played among the sagebrush and learned to dislike cows. Her family relocated to Idaho Falls, where she spent the majority of her life. Amber attended Osgood Elementary, Eagle Rock Junior High, and Skyline High School before eventually attending Job Corps in Sedro Wooley, Washington, where she earned her GED and attained a Certified Nursing Assistant credential. Amber was the embodiment of a caregiver. She loved helping people and had a special knack for knowing what a person needed. Whether it was medical help or emotional support, she was ready and eager to assist.
Amber was blessed with three children, MaKaylla (Daniel) Hayes Lemus, Bryson Hayes, and finally adding Tegan Nelson thus completing her family (at least until she had her first grandchild, Avalynn Lemus). She was a loving mother who believed in family and wanted nothing more than a happy life for her children and grandchild.
In her private life, Amber was fortunate enough to find her best friend and soulmate Jonabeth Tellez a little later in her life. The quiet moments they shared working on beautiful wooden Americana-type art along with the outrageous fun and laughter they were so willing to share with anyone around them made this beautiful couple a joy to spend time with. She was also an avid seeker of outdoor adventures and fun. Whether this meant on the back of her father’s mustang Abbey, racing through the trees on a motorcycle/four-wheeler/Can-Am, or walking out to watch the sunset over the vast horizons of Island Park, she was up for it.
Amber is survived by her parents, Bryan and Sandra Hult of Idaho Falls, ID; her soulmate/best friend, Jonabeth Tellez; daughter, MaKaylla (Daniel) Lemus and granddaughter, Avalynn Lemus of Mud Lake, ID; sons, Bryson Hayes of Idaho Falls, ID, and Tegan Nelson of Ammon, Idaho; her sister, Heather Hult of Ogden, UT; and brothers, Adam (Tahane) Hult of Lynden, WA, and Joshua (Misty) Hult, of Rigby, ID. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Mervin (Afton) Hult; and maternal grandparents, Don (Elsa) Wood.
