She is survived by her parents Dave and Melissa Prichard; siblings, Christopher, Matthew (Jen), Kyle, and Courtney Prichard, all of Ft. Wayne; grandparents, Charles and Mary Atkinson, Nancy Prichard, and J. (Susan Walley) Prichard, all of Ft. Wayne; and her great-grandmother, Anna Fain of Ft. Wayne.
