She was born September 4, 1981 in Salem the daughter of James E. and Marilyn (Metzgar) Winters Jr. Amanda was a LPN for Legacy Home Health Care for a year and was Christian by faith. She was a 2000 graduate of Salem High School and a graduate of Hannah E. Mullins School of Practical Nursing.
Survivors include her husband, Christopher Sheen whom she married August 25, 2001; her parents James and Marilyn Winters Jr. of Rogers; and a son, William L Howell of Salem.
