Amanda Fay Veach, 34, left this world on October 14, 2020, at Ascension St. Vincent Anderson.
She was born on March 31, 1986 in Anderson, Indiana to Tim and Nancy Veach and resided in Anderson. She graduated from Frankton Jr./Sr. High School in 2004. She attended Vincennes University and Ivy Tech. Amanda worked as a machine operator for Weaver Popcorn, Co. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and fur baby Milo. Amanda’s greatest gifts were the ability to make people laugh, help them in any way that she could, and to make people feel accepted and included. She had the biggest heart and was a selfless giver. Amanda’s ultimate gift was that of herself as she was an organ donor which will help save multiple lives.
She is survived by her mother, Nancy (Gore) Veach; sister, Jennifer Veach; girlfriend, Misti Logan; grandmother, Margaret Veach-Tate; aunts and uncles, Randy (Kathy) Gore, Gary Gore, Larry Gore, Vonda (Matt) Saylor, Michael (Wanda) Gore, Mike (Cheryl) Veach, Dianna (Kyle) Bloom; cousins, Randa Gore, Lacey Gore, Brittaney (Josh) Schott, Brandon (Amanda) Gore, Emily Spacaj, Dalton Saylor, Garrett Saylor, Dustin (Kera) Gore, Kayla (Jorge) Xolio, Jason (Vanessa) Veach, Tara (Adam) Ritz, Anna Veach, Caleb Bloom, and Mackenzie Bloom.
Amanda was preceded in death by her father, Tim Veach; grandparents, Bernard and Velma Gore; aunts, Teresa Gore and Brenda Veach; cousin, Derek Gore. Amanda’s family would like to thank her amazing medical team, specifically Dr. Molina, Dr. Mares, nurses Arian and Danielle, as well as the entire CCU staff. Thank you for the care, compassion, and respect given to not only Amanda but also her family.
