Amanda Elizabeth (Davisson) Gordon, 103, of Lewis Street, Clarksburg, passed away Friday, November 19, 2010 at Heritage Nursing Home. She was born August 23, 1907 in Clarksburg, the daughter of the late Luther B. Davisson and Ina Carrico Davisson. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Gordon in 1956. Mrs. Gordon is survived by one daughter Sharon DeMaria of Clarksburg and one son Richard “Butch” Gordon and wife Candi of Clarksburg and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband Mrs. Gordon was preceded in death by three sons; William, James and David Gordon; two sisters Zella Lynch and Druza Damico and one brother; Marvin Davisson. She was an excellent mother and grandmother.
