Amanda Banwart, age 26 of West Bend, Iowa passed away Thursday, October 19, 2017 at the Kossuth Regional Health Center in Algona, Iowa. Amanda Jo Banwart, the daughter of Cameron and Tamara (Fehr) Knobloch, was born on January 20, 1991 in Emmetsburg, Iowa. Amanda attended the West Bend Mallard School and graduated in 2009. Amanda attended the Apostolic Christian Church. She was baptized February 28, 2010. On October 31, 2010, Amanda was united in marriage to Darin Banwart in West Bend, Iowa. Amanda was a devoted wife and mother. Family was most important in her life. She loved to play games and read with Jarrett and Kyler and help on the farm, especially driving the tractor and combine. Amanda touched many, many hearts and she was never too busy for anyone. She loved fellowship and visiting with everyone. Left to cherish Amanda’s memory is her husband; Darin Banwart of West Bend; sons, Jarrett and Kyler Banwart of West Bend; parents, Cameron and Tamara Knobloch of Whittemore, Iowa; brothers, Braden (McKenzie) Knobloch and their daughter Kate of West Bend and Corbin Knobloch of Whittemore; father and mother-in-law, Kent and Beth Banwart of West Bend; brothers-in-law, Kyle (Jenny) Banwart and their children, Josie, Jayla and Kobe of West Bend, Jason (Kelsey) Banwart and their son Brock of Mediapolis, Iowa, and Kurt Banwart of West Bend; sister-in-law, Kayla Banwart of West Bend and grandparents, Wayne and Kathy Fehr of West Bend. She was preceded in death by her infant son and paternal grandparents, Al and Lucy Knobloch.
